Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed in the present application are a driving mechanism and an air conditioner. The driving mechanism comprises a base, two movable plates and a deviation correcting guide rail. The base is provided with two guide sliding rails; the two movable plates are respectively in slide fit with the base by means of the two corresponding guide sliding rails; and the deviation correcting guide rail is fixed to the base, the deviation correcting guide rail is spaced from the guide sliding rails, and the deviation correcting guide rail matches at least one of the two movable plates in a groove-rail manner.
