The protecting element (140) is movable relative to the liquid storing element (120) and is capable of switching between a first position and a second position, the shielding area of the sealing element (121) by the protecting element (140) in the first position is greater than the shielding area of the sealing element (121) by the protecting element (140) in the second position.
