Zusammenfassung:	A new constructive arrangement in endoprosthesis is disclosed, which comprises a metallic structure integrally coated by a melted inner layer and an outer layer of coating, and at least one means of reducing axial expansion associated with the melted coating layers. Said means of reducing axial expansion is an axially capillary structure that, arranged along at least one axial segment of the endoprosthesis, is axially arranged between the result of the hot-melting between the inner laminate of the outer coating layer and the inner laminate of the inner coating layer.
