Zusammenfassung:Present invention is directed to an artificial intelligence-based method and a system, that uses both experimental results data and molecular simulation to predict properties of amorphous solid dispersions such as glass transition temperature, dissolution profile, and/or physical stability. The method and system of the present invention enable rational design of amorphous solid dispersions for poorly water-soluble drugs and significantly reduce the time and resource required for amorphous solid dispersions formulation development.
