Here, heat exchanger (3) has a plurality of fins (5) in contact with air containing moisture, and cools the air by exchanging heat via fins (5) between a refrigerant flowing inside and the air. Furthermore, supply member (4) supplies an additive for reducing a contact angle with respect to fins (5) to the moisture adhering to fins (5) by cooling of heat exchanger (3).
