Zusammenfassung: | A medical device system comprising: a stimulation generator (202) configured to deliver electrical stimulation to a patient; and a processor (210, 310) configured to: control delivery of an electrical stimulation therapy from an implantable medical device (102) to a patient according to at least one therapy program, wherein the electrical stimulation therapy includes one or more parameters and is configured to provide pain relief to the patient without substantially resulting in paresthesia perceived by the patient; periodically reduce, in response to detecting an electrically-evoked compound action potential, the one or more parameters of the electrical stimulation therapy delivered to the patient to eliminate action potentials in tissue of the patient evoked by the delivered electrical stimulation; periodically increase, in response to detecting that an electrically-evoked compound action potential is not present, the one or more parameters of the electrical stimulation therapy delivered to the patient to evoke action potentials in tissue of the patient by the delivered electrical stimulation; determine, the highest value for the one or more parameters defining the electrical stimulation therapy that does not evoke a compound action potential; and set the one or more parameters to the determined highest value not evoking a compound action potential. |
