A nap environment determination system (1) is a system for determining an environment condition during a nap, and includes a pre-nap information acquisition unit and a determination unit. The pre-nap information acquisition unit acquires pre-nap information regarding a subject who takes a nap before the subject takes the nap. The determination unit determines an environment condition for adjusting a sleep depth, based on the pre-nap information.
