USE OF PROBIOTIC COMPONENT AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING PROBIOTIC COMPONENT

Provided in the present invention are a new use of a probiotic component and a local pharmaceutical composition comprising the probiotic component, and a use of the probiotic component as an active ingredient capable of providing a therapeutic effect in the manufacture of a local pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of local lesion diseases. The local medicament of the present invention provides a completely new pharmacology, so as to realize chemical ablation-like local treatment comprising local effect (or local synergy) and/or immunotherapy comprising a secondary immunological effect associated with the local effect (or local synergy), which cannot be achieved by means of the existing probiotic composition. Moreover, the local medicament of the present invention has almost completely non-toxic systemic safety and a significantly higher long-term efficacy, has a tremendous potential against rapidly growing tumors, large tumors and hypovascular tumors, and is absent of drug resistance, is convenient to prepare and has low costs.
