Zusammenfassung:	A rolling bearing device for a mobility apparatus includes a first support, a second support, the first support and the second support being able to rotate with respect to one another. A first race that is able to be mounted fixedly in terms of rotation on the first support, and a second race is able to be mounted fixedly in terms of rotation on the second support. A damping device includes at least one elastic element disposed between the first support on one side and the first and the second race on the other side. The damping device also has a vibration dissipating member which is disposed between the first support and the elastic element, the vibration dissipating member being configured to dissipate the vibrations through shear.
