PORTABLE MULTIFUNCTIONAL CLIMATIC CHAMBER FOR THE THERMO-HYGROMETRIC TREATMENT OF FOOD

The invention consists of a climatic chamber comprising a vertically 5 developed frame (1) formed by a base element (3), a top element (4), and a pair of lateral shoulders (5) which connect said base (3) and top elements (4) to define an operative space (12) provided with means (32) for positioning food-bearing planes (33) and coverable with a thermic cover (11). The base element (3) comprises a heating unit (13) and the top element (4) comprises 10 a ventilation unit (23) adapted to produce an ascending or descending air circulation in said operative space (12). The lateral shoulders (5) are provided with channelized vertical plates (34) run along by vertical channels (35) which communicate at the bottom with the heating unit (13) and on the top with said ventilation unit (23) to be run along by descending air flows 15 produced by the ventilation unit (23). Oblique deflectors (36) are inserted in the channel (35) alternated with slits (37) communicating with the operative space (12) to partially divert the ascending or descending produced by the ventilation unit (23) intakes to and from the operative space (12).
