Zusammenfassung:	This application provide a communication method for a terminal and a communication apparatus. The method includes: receiving a first capability query request from a first access device; sending a first capability reporting message to the first access device; receiving a second capability query request from a second access device; and sending a second capability reporting message to the second access device. Neither a first terminal capability nor a second terminal capability is greater than a capability specification of the terminal, the capability specification of the terminal is shared by a first user and a second user, and a sum of the first terminal capability and the second terminal capability is greater than the capability specification of the terminal. Hence, when a single user has a service to be executed, an access device may allocate a corresponding resource to the service of the user based on a reported higher terminal capability.
