The electronic device comprises a plurality of subscriber identity modules and a processor, wherein the processor can: check the priorities of first communication with a first wireless network and second communication with a second wireless network, wherein the first communication is based on first subscriber identification information and the second communication is based on second subscriber identification information; and allocate a transmission radio resource to the first communication and a reception radio resource to the second communication if the second communication has a higher priority than the first communication and it is determines, on the basis of information related to requests to use the first communication and the second communication, that a transmission radio resource is not being used in the second communication.
