Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a device that actuates the clasp of a cuff to immobilise a moving individual. It comprises a housing (1) provided with an electric motor (2) actuating a pulley (3), which winds a cable (4), and a clasp (5) composed of rigid links (6) interconnected by a flexible joint. When the motor (2) is started, it activates the cable (4), which circulates from link to link (6), thus winding the clasp (5) in a spiral and closing the cuff on the limb of the individual to be immobilised. The device according to the invention is intended to be used for protecting material goods and premises - shops, private houses and warehouses - and is intended to be used by the police force.
