The present disclosure relates to a light emitting display device having enhanced display quality by preventing external light from being reflected. An light emitting display device according to the present disclosure comprises: a driving layer on a substrate; a planarization layer (PL) on the driving layer; a plurality of anode electrodes (ANO) arrayed in a predetermined interval on the planarization layer (PL); a bank (BA) between the anode electrodes (ANO) to define an emission area; an emission layer (EL) on the bank (BA) and the anode electrode (ANO); a cathode electrode (CAT) on the emission layer (EL); and a reflectance control layer (IM) at any one of an upper portion of the bank (BA) and an upper portion of the planarization layer (PL).
