The oven (10) further includes a water fill assembly (44) including an opening (48), a water-receiving cavity (50) and a fill outlet (46) from the water-receiving cavity (50), the water fill assembly (44) defining a fluid flow path (52) in from the opening (48) and out through the fill outlet (46), a check valve (56,156) in fluid communication with the fill outlet (46) downstream of the fluid flow path (52) defined by the water fill assembly (44), the check valve (56,156) configured in a closed state (51) under a force of gravity (G) on at least a portion thereof and opening by a flow force of fluid out of the fill outlet (46) and through the check valve (56), and a conduit (54) connecting the check valve (56) with the water reservoir (40) inlet downstream of the fill outlet (46).
