POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION SUITABLE AS A FLOOR COATING WITH ADJUSTABLE POT LIFE

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Polyurethanzusammensetzung umfassend eine erste Komponente A und eine zweite Komponente B, wobei die erste Komponente A eine Polyolmischung P aufweist, enthaltend mindestens ein Polyol P1 mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 800 bis 30'000 g / mol, und die zweite Komponente B mindestens ein aromatisches Polyisocyanat umfasst. Die Polyurethanzusammensetzung enthält zusätzlich mindestens einen Füllstoff, sowiemindestens einen Zinnkatalysator oder einen Bismutkatalysator für die Reaktion von Hydroxylgruppen und Isocyanatgruppen, der Thiokomplexe bilden kann, und mindestens eine Verbindung, die mindestens eine Thiolgruppe aufweist.Die Polyurethanzusammensetzungen eignen sich zur Herstellung von Bodenbeschichtungen und weisen unabhängig von den Aushärtungsbedingungen sowohl eine lange Topfzeit wie auch eine kurze Aushärtungszeit auf, welche bei Bedarf angepasst werden kann.
