Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polyolefin-based coupling agent obtained by means of grafting maleic anhydride monoester or maleic anhydride monoamide, obtained from maleic anhydride to atactic propylene by melt mixing, and a method for producing the polyolefin-based coupling agent. By means of the present invention, maleic anhydride monoester or maleic anhydride monoamide synthesized from maleic anhydride is grafted onto atactic polypropylene, which is a polyolefin derivative, without sublimating in the melt phase, and said material can be used as a compatibilizing agent in emulsions, compounding, masterbatching (plastic raw material additive), and in composite production industries.
