Zusammenfassung:Proposed concepts thus aim to provide schemes, solutions, concepts, designs, methods and systems pertaining to improving the allocation of COPD patients to a remote patient monitoring, RPM, program. Patients are periodically assessed so that they are dynamically placed in an optimal RPM program for their current state of health. Patients are therefore monitored and assistance can be given where necessary. By placing patients in the optimum RPM program, burdens on both patient and the service provider are reduced.
