Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-voltage direct-current switching system (1), to the use thereof, and to a method for switching DC voltages in the high-voltage range, comprising at least one busbar (3) for load currents, at least one busbar (2) for currents in the event of a fault, and at least two outgoing lines (4, 5, 6, 7), wherein the switching system comprises at least one high-voltage direct-current power switch (8). The high-voltage direct-current switching system (1) comprises at least two commutations switches (9), which are connected between the at least one busbar (3) for load currents and each outgoing line (4, 5, 6, 7), and at least two commutations switches (10), which are connected between the at least one busbar (2) for currents in the event of a fault and each outgoing line (4, 5, 6, 7). The at least one high-voltage direct-current power switch (8) is connected between the at least one busbar (3) for load currents and the at least one busbar (2) for currents in the event of a fault.
