Zusammenfassung:	A component of a charging device (1) for charging an electric vehicle (3) comprises: a plug connector part (11) which is to be fastened to a wall (100) for plug-in connection to an associated mating plug connector part (21); a fastening element (15) for fastening the plug connector part (11) to the wall (100); and a first electric component (14) to be arranged on a first side of the wall (100). The plug connector part (11) has a plug connector housing (110) which can be fastened to the wall (100) by means of the fastening element (15), and a second electric component (13) to be arranged on a second side of the wall (100). The first electric component (14) and the second electric component (13) can be electrically connected to one another via the fastening element (15).
