Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a jig for a battery charging and discharging test, and includes a jig body 100 in which a battery is mounted and the battery charging and discharging test is performed, in which the jig body 100 includes four terminal units 130a, 130b, 130c, and 130d that are cross-arranged to face different poles and a bus bar that connects the two units 130a and 130c of the four terminal units 130a, 130b, 130c, and 130d to power supply units 161 and 162 crosswise to support the two units 130a and 130c and connects the other two terminal units 130b and 130d to the power supply units 161 and 162 horizontally to support the other two terminal units 130b and 130d.. According to the present disclosure, since a battery may be accurately fixed and the bus bar accommodates movement of four terminal units, it is possible to easily fix a battery pack and increase the convenience of an operator performing a charging and discharging test, thereby enabling a reliable test.
