Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a mixed positive electrode material, a positive electrode plate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a battery. The mixed positive electrode material includes: a ternary material and a phase change material, where the phase change material undergoes a phase change in a charging/discharging voltage range of the ternary material, the ternary material has a single crystal structure, and the phase change material has a single crystal structure or an aggregate structure; a mass fraction ratio of the ternary material to the phase change material is 70:30 to 99.8:0.2; and the ternary material has a nanohardness of 0.001-5 Gpa, and the phase change material has a nanohardness of 0.01-10 GPa.
