Zusammenfassung:The present teachings relate to a method for reconstructing a two-dimensional panoramic tomographic image comprising: providing one or more initial panoramic tomographic images; detecting, via an anatomy data-driven logic, one or more pre-selected anatomical features to provide anatomy data; computing, using the anatomy data and one or more initial panoramic tomographic images, a plurality of adjusted reconstruction parameters; reconstructing, using the adjusted reconstruction parameters, the two-dimensional panoramic tomographic image. The present teachings also relate to a system for reconstructing a two-dimensional panoramic tomographic image, and a use of adjusted reconstruction parameters.
