A rotor is arranged within the housing and is rotatable about an axis of rotation. The separator insert includes a drum with openings. At least two rotor units for magnetic bearing units are arranged at two axially spaced apart points on the rotor with the drum, that hold the rotor in a suspended state and that can rotate the rotor.
