The heat exchanger core (12) also includes a primary passage (44) defined between the first fin (40) and the second fin (42) and extending through the heat exchanger core (12). The heat exchanger core (12) also includes a plurality of airfoils (50) extending through the first fin (40), the primary passage (44), and the second fin (42). At least one airfoil of the plurality of airfoils (50) includes a secondary passage (64). The secondary passage (64) extends through the heat exchanger core (12) within the at least one airfoil transverse to the primary passage (44).
