A valve V1 includes: a valve housing 10 provided with an inlet port 11 and an outlet port 12; a valve body 51 driven by a drive source 80; a valve seat 40a on which the valve body 51 sits; a spring 85 configured to urge the valve body 51 in a direction opposite to a driving direction by the drive source 80; and a communication means 21 configured to communicate the inlet port 11 with a back surface side space S of the valve body 51.
