Zusammenfassung:	A heat exchange structure (50) includes: two channels (51, 52) stacked in a stacking direction (a Y direction) and thermally coupled to each other; and a fin structure (60A (60B)) detachably installed in at least one flow channel of the two flow channels (51, 52). The fin structure (60A (60B)) includes fins (61) arranged in a longitudinal direction (a Z direction) of the at least one flow channel in which the fin structure is installed, the fins configured to form openings (62) alternately arranged along the at least one flow channel on one side and the other side of the at least one flow channel in a width direction (an X direction).
