Zusammenfassung:	A polyisocyanate composition includes: an ionic polyisocyanate compound (A) derived from at least one ionic compound selected from the group consisting of anionic compounds and cationic compounds and a polyisocyanate compound; and a nonionic polyisocyanate compound (B) derived from a nonionic compound and a polyisocyanate compound, wherein the polyisocyanate compounds are compounds derived from at least one diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of aliphatic diisocyanates, alicyclic diisocyanates and aromatic diisocyanates, and the mass ratio of a structural unit (a2) derived from the ionic compound relative to a structural unit (b2) derived from the nonionic compound is 50/50 to 98/2.
