In particular, provided are an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) which comprises an anti-CD79B antibody conjugated with an MMAE or a derivative thereof, exatecan or a derivative thereof, or Eribulin or a derivative thereof, a pharmaceutical composition containing the ADC, and use thereof in preparation of a drug for treatment of a CD79B-mediated disease or disorder, especially use thereof in preparation of an anti-cancer drug.
