Zusammenfassung:	To provide a management system, a management apparatus, a management method, and a program capable of predicting a moisture content at a specific time point in the future of a material arranged in a yard. An aspect of the present invention provides a management system of a material which is a steelmaking raw material and/or a fuel for power generation and which is managed outdoors. The management system includes a moisture content information acquiring unit, a weather information acquiring unit, and a predicting unit. The moisture content information acquiring unit is configured to acquire moisture content information indicating a moisture content contained in the material. The weather information acquiring unit is configured to acquire weather information indicating outdoor meteorological phenomena forecasted for the future. The predicting unit is configured to predict a moisture content contained in the material at a specific time point in the future based on the moisture content information and the weather information.
