Zusammenfassung:	Electrochemical device (1) for the production of electrical energy starting from at least one hydrocarbon, preferably methane, or from hydrogen or any mixture thereof, or from bioalcohols, bioethers, syngas, biogas, or ammonia, comprising at least one electrochemical cell (6) which includes:- an anode electrode (8),- a cathode electrode (10),- an electrolyte (12) which is interposed between the anode electrode (8) and the cathode electrode (10) and which is configured to allow the passage of at least one ionic species, and preferably O2- ionsand characterized in that said anodic electrode (8) comprises a nanostructured material comprising CexGdyOz which is impregnated and/ or doped with cations of at least one metal selected from Cu, Co, Mo Mn Fe, W, Ag, Au, Cr, and in which Pd or Pt nanoparticles are dispersed.
