Zusammenfassung:An electronic system comprising: at least one user interface member configured to be manipulated by a user for performing a dose setting operation of the drug delivery device and/or for performing a dose delivery operation for delivering a set dose, an electronic control unit configured to control operation of the electronic system, an electrical signaling unit configured to provide at least one electrical signal when the user interface member is manipulated, and a manipulation evaluation unit configured to evaluate the at least one electrical signal of the signaling unit to determine whether the manipulation of the user interface member indicated by the at least one signal of the signaling unit qualifies as an activation operation. The electronic control unit is configured to switch the electronic system into a higher power consumption when the manipulation evaluation unit has confirmed that the manipulation qualifies as activation operation.
