The plurality of fluctuating rings (5) are arranged in order of a first fluctuating ring (51), a second fluctuating ring (52)... A first distance that is a maximum value of a distance between a center position of the first fluctuating ring (51) and a center position of the second fluctuating ring (52) is greater than any nth distance that is a maximum value of a distance between a center position of an nth fluctuating ring (5n) and a center position of an n+1th fluctuating ring (5(n+1)).
