RADIATION DETECTOR

This radiation detector is provided with: multiple control lines which extend in a first direction; multiple data lines which extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; photoelectric conversion units which are arranged in each of multiple regions partitioned by the control lines and the data lines; multiple noise detectors which are arranged side-by-side outside of the regions where the multiple photoelectric conversion units are arranged; and a scintillator which is provided above the regions where the multiple photoelectric conversion units are arranged. Each of the multiple photoelectric conversion units comprises: a first thin-film transistor which is electrically connected to the corresponding control line and the corresponding data line; and a photoelectric conversion element which has an electrode electrically connected to the first thin-film transistor. Each of the multiple noise detectors comprises: a second thin-film transistor which is electrically connected to the corresponding control line and the corresponding data line; and a capacitance which is electrically connected to the second thin-film transistor. The capacitance unit is shorter than the electrode in the first direction and/or the second direction.
