Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure describes a number of anti-TNFR2 (tumor necrosis factor receptor 2) antibodies. These antibodies are TNFR2 agonists. In certain cases, these antibodies agonize TNFR2 in an Fc independent manner. These antibodies can modulate the proliferation and/or functions of regulatory T cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. In certain instances, these antibodies can be used to treat diseases such as GvHD or autoimmune diseases.
