Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method for preparing a bispecific antibody using an annular orbitally shaken bioreactor, which adjusts the rotational speed and the pH in cell culture conditions, and other culture conditions. It is found that the cell culture method of the present invention can maintain a high cell viability for a long time and prolong the culture time. Prolonging the culture time in an annular orbitally shaken reactor can obtain a higher cell density and a long-term high cell viability.
