Zusammenfassung:[Problem] To sufficiently improve the distortion stiffness of a vehicle body with a vehicle-body structure including no floor tunnel largely bulging upward from a floor panel.[Means for Solution] A vehicle-body structure A includes a first floor panel 41 constituting a floor of an occupant space R1, a dash panel 50, a second floor panel 42 provided on a vehicle rear side of the occupant space R1, a connection panel 43 connecting a rear portion of the first floor panel 41 and a front portion of the second floor panel 42, and a center frame 80 disposed to be higher than and away from the first floor panel 41 at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space R1 and extending in a front-rear direction. A front portion of the center frame 80 is connected to the dash panel 50. A rear portion of the center frame 80 is connected to the connection panel 43.
