Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of 3D printers, and a 3D printer and a 3D printing method are disclosed. The 3D printer comprises a main table top (1), a first linear driving mechanism (2), a second linear driving mechanism (3), a printing platform (4) and an optical machine scraper assembly (5). The main table top (1) comprises a horizontal table top (11) and a vertical table top (12) which are perpendicular to each other, and a resin tank (111) is provided in the horizontal platform (11); and the first linear driving mechanism (2) and the second linear driving mechanism (3) are installed at the two ends of the vertical table top (12), the first linear driving mechanism (2) is used for driving the printing platform (4) to move up and down, and the second linear driving mechanism (3) is used for driving the optical machine scraper assembly (5) to move up and down.
