Zusammenfassung:The application relates to a method for transporting poorly soluble, very poorly soluble and practically insoluble chemical compounds formulated as nanoparticles into and through the intact skin, as well as for controlled releasing of said chemical compound formulated as nanoparticles thereafter, wherein said chemical compound formulated as nanoparticles are applied to the intact skin and treated thereafter with a means for treating the intact skin selected from microneedles, dermaroller and laser so that the chemical compound formulated as nanoparticles are transported into and through the intact skin. Furthermore, the use of chemical compounds formulated as nanoparticles as well as a method for operating microneedles, a dermaroller and laser in such a method is disclosed.
