Zusammenfassung:An asset value assessment system for assessing an asset value of a pipeline includes a control unit configured to execute predetermined arithmetic processing and a storage device accessible by the control unit. The storage device is configured to store a database including attribute information of the pipeline, water supply unit price information, and cost information including a laying cost and a maintenance and management cost of the pipeline. The control unit is configured to calculate an expected profit of the pipeline using the attribute information and the supply unit price information, calculate a life cycle cost of the pipeline using the attribute information and the cost information, and assess the asset value of the pipeline based on the expected profit and the life cycle cost.
