The detection device (12a; 12b; 12c; 12d) comprises at least one machine housing (20a; 20b; 20c; 20d), at least one object data detection unit (22a; 22b; 22c; 22d) which is arranged in the machine housing (20a; 20b; 20c; 20d), at least one guiding unit (24a; 24b; 24c; 24d) for guiding the object data detection unit (22a; 22b; 22c; 22d) relative to the machine housing (20a; 20b; 20c; 20d), and at least one housing device (16a; 16b; 16c; 16d) which at least partly, in particular at least largely, receives the detection device (12a; 12b; 12c; 16d).
