Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for purification of protein- or peptide-based capsules loaded with a cargo molecule from a mixture comprising said protein- or peptide-based capsules loaded with a cargo molecule and unloaded protein- or peptide-based capsules, the method comprising a step of subjecting the mixture to destabilization, preferably by adding a destabilizing agent and/or changing the physicochemical conditions, wherein the percentage of loaded protein- or peptide-based capsules is increased. The invention further relates to a composition and a Drug Delivery System obtainable by the method. The invention further relates to a Drug Delivery System obtainable by the method for use in a method of treating a neurological disorder, such as an LSD, Canavan disease or Krabbe disease.
