Zusammenfassung:The disclosure relates to an electronic device (10) and a method for locating a functional disorder (Ic) at a spinning and winding section (1) of a spinning mill. The spinning and winding section (1) includes spinning machines (5, 5', 5", 5"', ...) and winding machines (7, 7', 7", ...). The spinning machines (5, 5', 5", 5"', ...) are configured to produce a plurality of yarn delivery bobbins (6) with wound yarn. The winding machines (7, 7', 7", ...) are configured to receive yarn delivery bobbins (6) with wound yarn for producing yarn bobbins (8). The electronic device (10) is configured to: receive from the spinning machines (5, 5', 5", 5"', ...) spinning parameters (sp) related to the production of yarn delivery bobbins (6); receive from the winding machines (7, 7', 7", ...) winding parameters (wp) related to the production of yarn bobbins (8); receive from the winding machines (7, 7', 7", ...) yarn delivery bobbin parameters (ydp) related to yarn delivery bobbins (6) received in the machines (7, 7', 7", ...); compare a winding parameter (wp) with a level which defines a normal state of the winding parameter (wp); locate, if the result of the comparison indicates an abnormality, the functional disorder (Ic) at the spinning and winding section (1) based on respective received spinning parameters (sp), winding parameters (wp) and yarn delivery bobbin parameters (ydp).
