Zusammenfassung: | A semiconductor light-emitting element according to the present invention comprises: a body part comprising a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer formed on the first conductivity type semiconductor layer, and a second conductivity type semiconductor layer formed on the active layer; an insulating part formed to cover at least a side surface of the body part; and an electrode part comprising a first conductivity type electrode formed to be in contact with the first conductivity type semiconductor layer of the body part, and a second conductivity type electrode formed to be in contact with the second conductivity type semiconductor layer, wherein the second conductivity type electrode comprises a first portion formed on the second conductivity type semiconductor layer, and a second portion formed to extend from the first portion and cover at least a portion of the insulating part, and the second portion protrudes further, with respect to a side of the body part, than the first conductivity type electrode. |
