Zusammenfassung:The present invention pertains to a toothed belt transmission device provided with: a toothed belt having a core wire that extends in a belt longitudinal direction to be embedded and a plurality of belt tooth parts that are disposed at a predetermined interval in the belt longitudinal direction; and a plurality of toothed pulleys which have a plurality of pulley tooth parts facing the belt tooth parts at an outer periphery and on which the toothed belt is wound. The core wire includes a carbon fiber cord obtained by performing over-twining of a plurality of sub-twining yarns including carbon fibers. The twining direction of the sub-twining of the sub-twining yarns is identical to the twining direction of the over-twining. A sub-twining coefficient of the sub-twining is 0.62-1.30. An over-twining coefficient of the over-twining is 2.06-3.95. The tooth pitch of the toothed belt is in a range of -0.4% to +0.1% with respect to the tooth pitch of the toothed pulleys on which the toothed belt is wound.
