Zusammenfassung: | A thermoplastic welding assembly (106, 300, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1000) and method (1100) for joining a plurality of thermoplastic support components (314) to a thermoplastic component (312) is provided. The thermoplastic welding assembly includes a frame (302), a plurality of heat sinks (411), and a plurality of individually actuatable pressurizers (400). The frame (302) includes a plurality of welding slots (308a, 308b, 308n). Each heat sink (411) of the plurality of heat sinks (411) is positioned within one of the welding slots (308a, 308b, 308n). Each pressurizer (400) of the plurality of individually actuatable pressurizers (400) includes an alignment actuator (401) configured to move one thermoplastic support component (314) into alignment with one welding slot (308), and a clamping actuator (403) configured to move the one thermoplastic support component (314) into contact with the thermoplastic component (312). In some examples, the thermoplastic welding assembly (106, 300, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1000) further includes a plurality of actuators (409, 413) configured to move the alignment actuator (401) and the clamping actuator (403). |
