Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for determining the vibration behavior of an electric motor (23), more particularly an electric motor of a fan. When a driving feed is deactivated, the electric motor (23) used in the method coasts from a starting rotational speed (nA) to an end rotational speed (nE) over a coasting duration (TA) during a coasting process (3). The method comprises the steps of: - bringing the electric motor (23) to the starting rotational speed (nA); - triggering the coasting process (3) by deactivating a feed driving the electric motor (23); - repeatedly producing a sensed vibration value during the coasting process (3) by sensing vibrations of at least one part of the electric motor by means of at least one vibration sensor (28); - repeatedly producing an actual rotational speed value of the electric motor (23) during the coasting process (3); and - determining the vibration behavior of the electric motor (23) by evaluating sensed vibration values while taking into consideration actual rotational speed values. The invention further relates to a corresponding electric motor (23) and a corresponding fan. |
