Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing a skin/foam/skin article, comprising at least the steps: a1) depositing an outer composition in a hollow mould having a melt temperature Tmouter; a2) rotational moulding said outer composition, at an outer peak internal air temperature PIATouter wherein Tmouter < PIATouter; b1) depositing an intermediate composition in the hollow mould having a melt temperature Tmintermediate comprises a chemical blowing agent having a decomposition temperature Tdecomp; b2) rotational moulding said intermediate composition at an intermediate peak internal air temperature PIATintermediate wherein Tmintermediate < PIATintermediate < Tdecomp; c1) depositing an inner composition in the hollow mould having a melt temperature Tminner; c2) rotational moulding said inner composition at an inner peak internal air temperature PIATinner wherein Tdecomp < PIATinner, thereby obtaining said skin/foam/skin article. The invention also relates to a process for preparing a skin/foam/skin article, the process comprising at least the following steps: a1) depositing an outer composition in a hollow mould, said outer composition having a melt temperature Tmouter; a2) rotational moulding said outer composition in the hollow mould at an outer peak internal air temperature PIATouter wherein Tmouter < PIATouter, thereby forming the outer skin layer; d1) depositing a bi-phasic composition in the hollow mould, which comprises the outer skin layer, said bi-phasic composition comprising: - a powder phase having a melt temperature Tmpowder; and, - a pellet phase or micro-pellet phase having a melt temperature Tmpellet wherein Tmpowder ≤ Tmpellet; preferably Tmpowder < Tmpellet; - wherein said powder phase comprises at least one chemical blowing agent (CBA), said CBA having a decomposition temperature Tdecomp wherein Tmpowder < Tdecomp and Tmpellet < Tdecomp; d2) rotational moulding said bi-phasic composition in the hollow mould, at an intermediate peak internal air temperature PIATintermediate wherein Tmpowder < PIATintermediate < Tdecomp and Tmpellet < PIATintermediate < Tdecomp, thereby forming an intermediate layer; d3) rotational moulding said bi-phasic composition in the hollow mould, at an inner peak internal air temperature PIATinner wherein Tdecomp < PIATinner, thereby foaming the intermediate layer and forming the inner skin layer, thereby obtaining said skin/foam/skin article.
