ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

Disclosed herein is an organic light-emitting display (OLED) device. The OLED device includes: a glass substrate (110); a plurality of switching transistors and a plurality of driving transistors on the glass substrate (110) ; anodes (112) electrically connected to the plurality of driving transistors; an organic emission layer (114) including a plurality of emission layers and disposed on the anodes (112); a cathode (116) on the organic emission layer (114); a passivation layer (120) including at least one of an inorganic film and an organic film and disposed on the cathode (116) ; an adhesive layer (140) on the passivation layer (120) ; and an encapsulation plate (190) on the adhesive layer (140) . At least one of the plurality of switching transistors includes an oxide semiconductor layer.
