Zusammenfassung:Stator (6) for an, in particular direct-drive, generator (5) of a wind turbine (1), comprising stator segments (17), which each comprise a lamination stack (28), and a stator support structure (18) with support structure segments (19) extending in an axial direction (12) and being adjacently located in a circumferential direction (15) to form a ring-like structure, wherein each support structure segment (19) comprises at least one longitudinal carrier element (21), which extends in an axial direction (12) and comprises a stator segment-sided lamination attachment section (26) having through holes (27) for lamination bolting means (46), in particular bolts (33) and/or bolt extenders, for fixing the carrier element (21) to the respective stator segment (17) using a lamination attachment assembly, wherein the lamination attachment assembly for each carrier element (21) comprises:- a counter bearing element (29) to be inserted into a cavity of the lamination stack (28) and extending at least essentially over the complete axial length of the stator segment (17), the counter bearing element (29) comprising threaded holes (30) for receiving the lamination bolting means (46),- a stiffening bar (31) to be placed inside the carrier element (21) on the lamination attachment section (26), extending at least essentially over the complete axial length of the support structure segment (19) and comprising through holes (32) for the lamination bolting means (46), and- the lamination bolting means (46) bolted through aligned sets of through holes (27, 32) and threaded hole (30).
